This report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a DIA 'C-.I:\ Panel. The series is being
coordinated. published and disseminated by NI'IC'. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CI:\ Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production
Center IPla (Dl Ai. the photographic analysis for this particular re-,
port was performed by the Production Center 1 P l a.
In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.
Titles and letter designators for the various facilities are as

SUMMARY
Yerevan Army Barracks West Central is lo-
cated in the west central portion,of the city of
Yerevan (Figure 1).
The installation is secured by a wall and
covers approximately 25 acres. It contains 2
barracks/administration, 5 barracks, 1 admin-
istration, 5 vehicle storage/maintenance, and 10
support buildings (Figures 2 and 3).

DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION
The installation is served by the city streets
of Yerevan.
Area D contains 5 single-story barracks, 2
multistory barracks/administration, I single-
story administration, and 6 support buildings.
Equipment Storage/ Maintenance Area
Area J has I T-shaped 250- by 90-foot
vehicle maintenance building with a 60- by 60-
foot wing, a 250- by 50-foot vehicle storage
building, a U-shaped 320- by 40-foot vehicle
storage building with an 80- by 40-foot base,
two 150- by 80-foot vehicle storage buildings,
and 4 support- buildings.
