The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CI:\ Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and theroduction Center 1Pla (Dl.A). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center 1 P 1-a. In the,interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilivies observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. TJJ he barracks installation covers approxi- matev 20 acres and contains 4 barracks, 4 support buildings, 3 vehicle sheds, a vehicle 25X1 D 25X1 D maintenance building, and an athletic field (Figures 2 and 3). This installation is covered on TALE ~T and KEYHOLE missions from omparative analysis reveals no change in facilities or activity. Equipment Storage /Maintenance Area Area J contains 3 vehicle sheds (each 230 by 40 feet), a vehicle maintenance building (90 by 45 feet), and a support building. The installation is served by city streets. Aircraft Landing Strips Jelgava Airfield is located 2 km northwest of thel barracks area. Administration and Troop Housing Area Area D contains 4 barracks and 2 support buildings . Athletic Field Area K contains an athletic field and a support building.
