The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the :EPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port.was performed by tl~y \PIC Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for- the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a Specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION An Odessa urban rail line runs immediately All-weather roads provide access to Odessa. Administration and Troop Housing Area Area D contains 1 multistory administra- tion building, 2 multistory barracks, 2 storage buildings, and 3 support buildings. POL storage facilities in the vicinity include Odessa Petroleum Storage Shcelakovka at 46- 25X1 D 25X1 D 25X1 D 25X1 D 121N 030-43E with 55 medi- um and 2 small storage tanks; Odessa Petro- leum Stora e and Pier at 46-30N 030-43E 'with 12 small storage tanks; and Odessa Petroleum Storage Romanovka at 46-30N 030-42E with 28 large, 4 medium, and 13 small storage tanks. Equipment Storage /Maintenance Area. Area J contains 1 irregularly shaped vehicle shed with wings measuring 610 by 30 feet, 150 by 30 feet, and 410 by 30 feet, and one 360- by 70-foot vehicle maintenance building.
