'his report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a DIr\'CiIA Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by APIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the \PIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division l\PIC), and the Production
Center IPla DIA). -1 he photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group.
In the interest of uniformity, the title and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project re(luilenient. A\ hen a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

A military training area is located 10 kil-
ometers 1outheast of. Pervomavsk along the
Yuzhnvy Bug River (Figure 1).
The training area covers approximately
3,000 acres and contains an administration
building, 4 barracks !administration buildings,
3 barracks, 4 storage buildings, 30 support
buildings, a small-arms firing range, numerous
personnel trenches and artillery positions, and
a probable vehicle park (Figure 2).
The installation was covered on.KEYI TOLE 25X1 D
missions between

served on all coverage.
