The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CI.\ Photographic Intelligence Division (\PIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic 'analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center 1Pla. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. The barracks installation covers 60 acres and contains 3 probable vehicle maintenance sheds, 3 administration buildings, 9 multistory TOP SECRET RUFF barracks, 17 other barracks, 12 storage build- ings; 22 support buildings, and a motor park (Figures 2 and 3). A comparative study of KEYHOLE photog- raphy from re- veals no significant change. - Novorossivsk Railroad Yard and Shops is located approximately 800 meters south of this installation. The installation is served by city streets. Administration and Troop Housing Areas Area D1 contains 2 administration build- ings and 3 support buildings. . Area D2 contains 9 multistory barracks, 17 other barracks, 16 support buildings, and a U-shaped administration building. General Storage Area Area E contains 12 storage buildings. Equipment Storage /Maintenance Area Area J contains a probable vehicle main- tenance shed (285 by 50 feet), 2 probable ve- hicle maintenance sheds (each 190 by 40 feet), 3 probable support buildings, and a motor park (600 by 200 feet).
