The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center IPla (DII). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center IPla. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. Gusev Army Barracks North is 2 km north. The vehicle park covers 20 acres- and con- tains 4 vehicle storage buildings, 2 administra- tion building 2 vehicle storage /maintenance Railroad Servicee buildings, and 2 support buildings (Figures 2 and 3). This installation is covered on KEYHOLE photography of appears active. Scale precludes confirmation of military affiliation. Equipment Storage / Maintenance Areas The main rail line from Chernyahovsk passes' directly north of the vehicle park. A railroad classification yard is east of the park. The installation is served by city streets. Administration and Troop Housing Area Area D contains 2 administration buildings. Area J1 contains 4 vehicle storage build- ings (each approximately' 175 by 45 feet), a sup- port building, and a vehicle park (approximately 180 by 90 feet). Area J2 contains 2 adjacent vehicle storage/ maintenance buildings (200 by 60 feet and 135 by 45 feet), a vehicle park (120 by 90 feet), and 2 support buildings.
