This memorandum forwarded in answer to the above mentioned require-

Information, as requested, concerning the refinery is as follows:

Location - The refinery is located six nautical miles southwest of
the `roximate center of the city of Perm and is oriented NW/SE. The geo-
?-rarh-ic coordinates of the approximate center of the refinery are 57 55W -
56 C%, (C-ce Fin. res 1 and 2).
br- Areal Extent - The refinery is rectangular in shape measuring approx-
isat 1,' 7 C feet y SPCC feet and covers an area of approximately 1+1,800,000
square feet or 1.5 square miles. 25X1 D

all photography used in'this study. The thermal power plant, cooling towers, flare towers, and a number of refining units all showed evidence
