The.Wu-ban Shipyard under construction is located just NE of the out-
skirts of Wu-hang China and on the southern bank of the Ch'ang Chiang
(river) at 30-39N 114-26E.
25X1D The entire shipyard is tinder construction and has been since
Little change has occured during the period of comparative analysis
with only 1 minor building constructed and 1 building removed. Neither the
launching system nor the building/repair ways have been completed although
one river barge was probably constructed here. handling facilities are
limited to one jib crane.
An area of ship repair is located on the river immediately north of
the shipyard and services river vessels. This repair area contains 4 marine
railw ys. Poor photography limits identification of vessels however, no
naval vessels have been observed and only river craft are repaired.

1. In response to the referenced requirement, a search for
newiIC33M complexes and a re-examination of previously reported
suspect areas between Ia3N - 56N latitude was conducted by the ICBM
team on Mission . The following area
of suspect activity was reported:
