The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic AnalysssGroup, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis'Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities Observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project rtcluirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The installation, comprised of `a. secured storage and an adjacent support area covers :approximately 70 acres and contains an ad- ministration building, a possible barracks/ administration-;building, 6 barracks, 27 storage buildings, and 10 support buildings (Figures 2 and 3). The military significance of this installation is undetermined.. This installation is covered on KEYHOLE missions between _ Comparative analysis reveals no change in facilities and only moderate activity through- out this period. POL Storage Areas' ?A POL storage area, located at 57-40N 39-52E, contains 5 -large _ storage tanks. A second area, located at 57-39N- 39-51E, con- tains 2 large, 2 medium and 6 small storage tanks. A Third area, located at 57-34N 39- 52E, contains 55 medium storage tanks. A fourth area, located at 57-33N ?39-52E, con- tains 50 medium and 4 small tanks. Other Buildings Area H contains 9 support buildings. One rail spur serves the installation. Road Service An all-weather road provides access to Yaroslavl. Administration and Troop Housing Area Area D contains an administration build- ing, a possible barracks/administration build- ing, 6 multistory barracks, and a support build- ing. General Storage Area Area E is secured and contains 27 storage buildings.
