The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NRI C Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla_ (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center lPla. In the interest of unifortliity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted, in the report. The Sy ran Army Barracks Plant 718 (BE I is located at 53 09-33N 048-23-27E. e arracks area provides stpport and housing for the troops and worker - in the storage complex. The area is secured, covers approximately 180 acres, anti contai s 16; multistory barracks, 22 bar- racks, 13 uarters, 8 administration buildings, 3 motor ve icle storage/maintenance buildings and 40 othe buildings. The only physical train- ing facility is. an athletic ? field (Figures 2 and 3). 25X1A I 25X1A The S zran Ammunitions Reclaiming Plant No 718 is located immedi- ately sautl of the barracks area at 53-09N 048-23E. The plant is secured on three sides by a triple fence. The western part of the plant runs into the storage area. The installation covers ap roximately 435 acres and includes Railroad S~rvide I to the Reclaiming Plant at 53-09N 048-22E. This part of the complex contains 5 revetted storage buildings, 52 storage structures, 11 support buildings, 12 guard towers, and 1 guard` hut, and is triple secured and covers approximately Changes include the addition of 5 stor- between age buildings in the plant area, the revetting of 48 storage buildings throughout the area, and construction of an additional fence around the.perimeter. 25X 25X9 DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION IThe storage area is served by 2 rail spurs.
