The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, -the CIA-Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The installation consists of a doubly se- cured depot area covering approximately 50 acres and a support area covering approxi- mately 20 acres. The depot contains 8 large and 13 small storage buildings, a probable bunker, a possible administration building, 4 support buildings, 8 guard towers, and 7 unidentified linear excavations. The support area contains 1 administration building, 6 bar- TCS-80708/65 racks, and 9t support buildings (Figures 2 and 3). A large' electronics facility is located approximately 2 km northeast. The area was covered by =TALENT photography and KEYHOLE missions betweenn The area is active on all coverage and comparative analysis reveals that 2 large and 8 small storage build- ings, the equipment/ vehicle maintenance build- ing, and the probable small-arms range were added between DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION Railroad Service A spur from the Tashkent-Yani Yul rail line splits into ~ sidings in the secured area. The installation is served by secondary l roads from the Tashkent-Yangi Yul highway. Administrative an Troop Housing Area Area D contains I administration building, 2 multistory balracks,. 4 single-story barracks and 9 support b ildings.
