This report supplements NPIC/R-207 64
1/ which discusses the Aktyubinsk IRBA1 Com-
plex, consisting of 2 Type IV IRBI\1 launch
areas, 1 with construction suspended and the
other recently completed, and an associated
rail-to-road transfer point.
Launch Area No 2 is situated in a rolling,
somewhat barren area 18.3 nautical miles inml
southwest of Aktvubinsk and 7.1 mm southwest
of Petrovskiy, in the Kazakh SSR (Figure 1).'
