The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the SMAC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its -title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The installation covers approximately 970 acres and contains 5 administration buildings, 14 barracks, 33 housing units, 2 storage build- ings, 5 probable explosives storage buildings, 5 vehicle sheds, and 26 support buildings. Train- ing facilities consist of 1 athletic field, 1 tracked- vehicle 'driver-: training course,1and 1 possible subtaliber range (Figures 2 and 3): -KEYHOLE missions of interpretable quality covered the area fro to Initial coverage indicated that the installation was active, but. the quality of the coverage .precluded detailed interpretation; Comparative analysis from- through indicates no significant change. Track activity on the driver-training course has remained at a medium level. - Railroad Service Other Buildings Rail service is available in Golenki, 29 An administration-type building and 9 sup- km east-northeast., - port buildings are dispersed throughout the area. The installation is on a probable all-weather road which connects Novogeorgiyevka with Ussuriysk. Area D1 contains 24 quarters-type housing units (not shown on Figure 2). -Area D2 contains 4 administration buildings, 14 barracks, 9 quarters-type housing units, and 10 support buildings. , Area E contains 2 storage and 2 support buildings. Area F, probably secured by a fence, contains 5 probable explosives storage buildings.
