position to position and site to site compare favorably with those at the
Tallinn A"'1/SAM Launch Complex. The road and revetment patterns resemble
those observed at Sary-Shagan A\F1/SAM Launch Area 1, differing somewhat

Launch Area: Consists of 2 modified Tal-linn-type launch sites (A and 3),
each comprised of 6 launch positions and a revetted central guidance/con-
trol position in varying stages of construction. A loop road is just SlV
of Site A. A small dark pattern- (1) is observed at the probable launch
point of each position. Site A is farther developed than Site B, the
