2. The detection of the probable second launch area at
Drovyanaya -- near Chita -- is expected and haz not caused any
revision of our beliefs regarding the character or pace of
construction at this complex. Acceptance of this new area will
bring to 132 the number of confirmed ICELI launchers currently
completed or under construction in the USSR.
The construction C t the Novosibirsk ICL?i launch complex
may Indicate that work on a fourth launch area will soon be
started. //
