This memorandum is in reply to a request from OSI for
information concerning the location and dimensions of the
Far East Zonal Scientific Research Veterinary Institute,located
in Blagoveshchensk, Amurskaya Oblast,USSR. The requester furn-
ished only a small photostatic copy of a ground photo taken
from a Russian publication. The street address also was given.
The only available aerial photography of this Institute is
No stereo cover
was available. A town plan of Blagoveshchensk was located at
OCD/IR.
A study of the ground and aerial photography enabled us to
accurately pinpoint the location of the Institute on the town
plan. This information was delivered orally to OCD/IR.
A comparison of the ground and aerial photography supplied
the information necessary to develop the attached plan drawing
and perspective sketch.
