Vehicles similar to these have been recently identified at Volgograd Plant 221 and in test areas North of the Plant. COMMENT: Both vehicle A and B have been seen in areas associated with the R&D of the SS-X-16. Vehicle A is a variant of the MAZ-543 8x8 truck. The key feature being the split cab configuration. Vehicle A has a raised rectangular box-like structure on the Plesetsk.
