COMMENT: Two pieces of U/I missile support equipment (MSE) were seen on a special AN-22 Cock hardstand at a VTA Airfield 250 nm S/W of Moscow. Near-identical pieces of MSE were first seen in Moscow in June 1973, in an area which has tentative mobile missile program associations. Both feces of MSE are uni uel configured, having tow-bars at either Pn~1- The shorter MSE is 10 feet wide =25X1 The AN-22 is the only present Soviet aircraft that can accommodate 25X1 either item.
