COMMENT: The first deployment was observed in an area previously occupied by an AAA Unit.
Only eight Tel were seen although storage space is available for 24. The - as or1'

Smolensk Mil Instl (Air Defense Training Area). 25X1
Other associated equipment included: BTR-60PA's long track, thin skin "B", and
flat face radar.
