TITLE/SIGNIFICANCE: The superstructure on the probable SS-X-16 TEL is very similar to the
superstructure on the probable SS-X-16 railcar at Plesetsk MTC. (See P.I. Notice 19-74)
COMMENT: A 70-foot-long superstructure observed on the probable SS-X-16 TEL at Volgograd
and on the probable SS-X-16 railcar at Plesetsk appear to be the same type apparatus.
This superstructure casts a distinct shadow which provides a good signature for SS-X-16
mobile ICBM activity. Note the solid portion of the shadow.
