TITLE/SIGNIFICANCE: Triple arch-roofed command and control
bunkers have been identified near
five Naval Aviation Airfields in the Soviet Far East.
This type bunker construction may
also occur in other areas of significant naval activity.
COMMENT:
In the early stage of bunker construction three pairs of rectangular foundations
are discernible. Approximately 30 days later bunker
fabrication is complete and earth
covering is initiated.
