COMMENT: The top photograph shows three axles on the probable new SRBM Tel/Resupply
vehicles seen at Kapustin Yar Missile and Space Test Center SSM. The bottom photograph
was taken by an attache near Moscow. This equipment may be associated with the KY 11
and/or KY 12 missile systems which may be a replacement for the FROG and/or SCUD.
