COMMENT: The function of the Soviet ECM Communications Jamming Battalion is to locate
and jam tactical radio communications. The graphic below shows a high resolution
photographic example of major elements of the battalion. On two occasions, an ECM (COMJAM)
BN~. has been seen co-located with a second type of ECM BN, the Air Defense Battalion.
