A large new phased-array radar and an associated C-shaped radar/control building
under construction have been identified at Pechora.
Photographs of the facility in earlier stages of construction (continued on back)
may assist the PI in early identification of other phased-array radar facilities.
The radar is 103 meters in length. See IEG PI Notice 50-76 for overall view of
the-facility, support areas, and a map designating the HEN HOUSE search areas.
