Converted Petropavolovsk SAM Site A07-2 to Petropavolovsk SAM?Complex'A07-5.
COMMENT:
This SA-2 SAM site was converted to an SA-5 complex. In this particular case, the
tracking and guidance facility for the SA-5 complex was constructed over the SA-2
site and the launch sites were positioned approximately 900 m away. The purpose
of this conversion was probably to improve the intercept capability.
