1. AN SA-1 (GUILD) SURFACE-TO-AIR MISSILE LAUNCH EXERCISE IS ALSO
INCLUDED IN THE FILM. IT CONSISTS OF A LINE-UP OF 5 GUILD MIS-
SILES IN THE FIRING POSITION, FOLLOWED BY THE SIMULTAL~EOUS
LAUNCHING OF TWO MISSILES AND THEN THE OTHER THREE. THE SINGLE
MISSILE SHOWN ON GRAPHIC IS OF SUCH QUALITY AS TO REVEAL THE UN-
COVERED BOOSTER END OF THE SA-1, HERETOFORE SEEN COVERED. THE
SEQUENCE CONTAINED THE INTERCEPTS OF TARGETS PURPORTEDLY BY
THESE SA-1's;THE PICTURE OF THE INTERCEPT ON THE GRAPHIC SHOWS
THAT OF TWO MISSILES AND ONE TARGET.
2. KH PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE SA-1 LAUNCH AREA AT THE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX,
KYMTC, CONFIRMS THIS INSTALLATION AS THAT IN THE FILM. NOTE THE
FLAT TERRAIN AND THE PRESENCE OF THE MISSILE CHECKOUT BUILDING
AND OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE BACKGROUND. THE VIEW IS TO THE ESE.
