DEPOT CONTAINING 4 BARRACKS, 46 STORAGE BUILDINGS OF WHICH 11 ARE UNDER
CONSTRUCTIONt 41 STORAGE~SUPPORT BUILDINGS, ONE RAIL TRANSSHIPMENT SUILD-
ING~ ONE SECURID AREA, AND 2 WATER TANItS. A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF UN-
IDENTIFIID MATERIAL IS BEING STORED BETWEEN STORAGE $JILDINGS. VEHICLES
OBSERVED INCLUDE 126 CARGO TRUCKSt ONE TRUCK TRACTOR WITH TANK TRAILER
AND 15 UNIDENTIFIED VEHICLES~PIECES OF EQUIPMENT. THE RAIL SPUR FROM THE
KUEI-YANG~LIU=CHOU_RAIL LINES FIRST OBSERVED IN DEC 62y IS STILL UNDER
CONSTRUCTION. THE DEPOT IS PRESENTLY ROAD-SERVID.
