MISSION READOUT: THE KALININGRAD PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX
IS IN AN EARLY-TO-MID STAGE OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONSISTS OF 3 LAUNCH
SITES AND A TRACKING/GUIDANCE FACILITY. ORIENTATION OF THE COMPLEX IS
APPROXIMATELY 284 DEGREES. DOUBLE SECURITY FENCING IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
AROUND THE COMPLEX.
THE VENTSPILS PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX IS IN AN EARLY STAGE
OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONSISTS OF 3 LAUNCH SITES, A TRACKING/GUIDANCE FACILITY,
AND A SUPPORT AREA. A SECURITY FENCE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE
COMPLEX. ORIENTATION OF THE COMPLEX IS APPROXIMATELY 208 DEGREES.
