MEMORANDUM FOR: Members of the Intelligence Panel of
the NSCIC Working Group
SUBJECT' Action Program for the NSCIC Working Group
1. Attached are copies of:
a. draft minutes of the tenth meeting of the
NSCIC Working Group, held 20 November 1974, and
b. minutes of the second meeting of the Intelli-
gence Panel, held 18 November 1974.
2. As you are aware, the primary discussion topic at
both sessions was a critique of intelligence products.
3. F>om these two sets of minutes, and backup notes
being provided me by several members of the Working Group, I
am in process of working up a suggested action program for
the Working Group.
4. I would appreciate your reviewing both sets of the
attached minutes to identify what action projects they
suggest to you. It would be helpful if your comments could
reach me by close of business, Monday, 2 ecern e .
5. Your consideration of this proposed action program
will be the topic of our next meeting, date for which has
not yet been set.
