Applicable Retroactlye Date for Salary Increases for
1. Agency Betio,' 'states that under Peblic Law 94
salary incresies for C/A staff personnel shall be retro-
active to 33 March 1955. This statement vas tame& upon the
apialcUble ;won period for most Agency staff personnel.
Under a memorandum from the Director to the Comptroller,
dated 29 Jhme 1955, copy attached, the retroactive date of
the salary increases for staff personnel who are paid uoder
a payroll period different than that applicable to mast Age
staff personnel is specified as the first day of the first
pay period after 28 February 1955 in accordance with Cacti
8 of Public Dee 94.
