ORD Career Panel Meeting

PRESENT:
1. First meeting called to,discuss proposed ORD Instruc-
tion 20-64, Organization and Responsibilities of ORD Career Service
Panel. The following changes were made:
a. Paragraph 2a, (4) to read Recording Secretary
(non-voting);
b. Paragraph 2b, change Wednesday to Monday;
c. Paragraph 2a, change Friday to Wednesday, and
Wednesday to Monday.
2. The use of an alternate in a member's absence was discussed.
The Panel decided that alternates would not be used.

4. Planning for external training for FY65 was discussed.
Estimates will be given to the Chairman by Friday, 13 March.
5. The Chairman will inform the Panel of the present status
of the recommendations for Mid Career training.
6. The next meeting of the Panel will be at 1500 hours,,
16 March.
