1. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at
1610 hours.
2. The CSP met to prepare the forms necessary for the
Personnel Development Program as follows:
a. Identification of Expected Vacant Executive
Level Positions (GS-15 - GS-17 and SPS
for FY 75 - FY 77).
b. List of possible candidates for the
assignments above.
c. Roster of Candidates for Executive Level
Development (GS-13 - GS-15)

3. told the Panel members that as Division Chiefs
their primary contribution was to identify candidates for the
roster or vacancies and provide information needed on
training required. He also stated the current exercise was a
part of the MBO concept, and ORD plans and projections would 25X1A9a
be audited next year for degree of accomplishment.
