1340 hours.
2. stated that he had reviewed the reporting
25X1A9a format of the CSP proceedings with the D/ORD.
25X1A9a indicated that he would like to keep the minutes brief and
concise as had been the CSP policy in prior meetings.
Supplementary information material may be attached if necessary.
3. There were five additions to the Agenda under New
Business:

4. The minutes for 8 September 1975 were reviewed by the
CSP members and made a part of the CSP record.
25X1A9a S. reported to the Panel that he and
25X1A9a had met with the D ORD to discuss the course of action to be
taken to inform GS-14, Bio-Scientist-Research,
25X1A9a LSR/ORD of his "LOW" evaluation rating. informed
25X1A9a the Panel that is on the rotation list but this is
25X1A9a not working out, and that ORD will try other courses of action.
25X1A9a The Panel also discussed their past suggestion that ORD seek help
from Dr. Stevens and Mr. Duckett on placing in another
position. After further review of past CSP discussions and

ACTION The Panel recommends to the D/ORD that
not be informed of his CSP
ranking evaluation and the consequences
until other alternatives can be explored.
MAJORITY: Unanimously approved.
6. The Chairman reported to the Panel on the following:
a. The Special Panel will resume their meetings
as of 30 October 1975.
b. will review the status of ORD's
Upward Mobility activity.
7. The Chief, Support Branch, MS/ORD submitted his
monthly report. (Copy attached)

GS-12's.

9. ACTION: Nominee for the DD/S&T Career Development
Course scheduled for 5 January through
5 May 1976. (Tentative dates)
MAJORITY: Agreed to recommend to the D/ORD that
GS-13, OT/ORD be
nominated as principal nominee, subject
to reaffirmation by C/OT/ORD; and that
GS-15, CDAM/ORD, be
nominated as alternate.

10. The Chairman asked that the following paperwork be
circulated to all Division Chiefs for review, indication of
interest, and reply by 17 October 1975:
a. Agency Career Counseling Course scheduled for
9 - 12 December 1975.

Special Operations ourse/DDO, with possible interest in sending
a candidate from CDAM/ORD.
