2. From the discussion held with you, it is felt that the sample
contracts as written will be adequate for your purposes.. However, it
may be necessary to adjust them in particular cases, In such event
we shall be-pleased to assist in making the necessary changes. Other
wise, the contracts need not be referred to us prior to execution
and placing them into effect.

t. There has been discussed with and the
question of who will sign on behalf of CIA, It was agreed by all 25X1A
25X1A concerned that would be the appropriate officer to sign
the contracts under Paragraph 2,1 of the Confidential Funds Regula-
tions.
5. The question raised in Paragraph 6 of the contracts should
be explored completely with the Confidential Funds Division in order
that their requirements may be met and to ascertain that appropriate
security safeguards are maintained.
