1. On 5 June 1952 the Personnel Policy Board held a meeting.
Present were
The following summary and recommendations are submitted for your
comments or action as indicated.
2. The revision of flow charts for the development
of career training was not presen e . This phase of the program was
deferred until revision is prepared.
3. It is recommended that:
a. The field technician slots proposed by DC/MS
be presented to DD/P.
J b. All station slots be considered
headquarters slots for purposes of rotation.
c. All personnel be frozen at their present grades
until such time as rotation is accomplished. In
the event that the new field grades are approved,
headquarters grades could be raised to an equivalent
level.

f. Category III under Rotation as presented by
