By means of a previous letter dated 2 March 1976, this
Agency concurred with your original Office of Federal Pro-
curement Policy Regulations Numbers 1 and 2. We have
reviewed the revised versions of these two regulations as
requested in your letter dated 9 August 1976.
In our opinion, the revised regulations provide greater
flexibility than did their predecessors, and we concur with
their publication.
