Appearances in OTR-Sponsored Courses and Programs 1. The Office of Training has submitted a proposed scenario for your appearance in an OTR-produced film.. This film, in the interview format, will be shown internally to the "Introduction to CIA" course which involves professional employees who are relatively new to the Agency. 2. The objective of the film is to give you the opportunity to communicate your ideas regarding CIA's cur- rent problems and future directions to new professionals who normally would have no opportunity to meet with you. OTR proposes that the film begin with a brief welcome by you. With your concurrence, you would, then be interviewed in your office by , an OTR officer. The final STATINTL interview segment should be a out a half hour in duration. A draft of possible questions is attached. STATINTL 3. The filming session would take one to two hours, allowing time for retakes. In order to minimize the demands on your time, I recommend that (extension 2452) initiate a preliminary discussion with Miss If you agree, the details for the project can then e arranged.
