Executive Institute. I was greatly impressed by
the article entitled "Where Have All the Leaders
Gone?" by Warren G. Bennis of the University of

1. I believe you have heard me make reference
to an article entitled "Where Have All the Leaders
Gone?" contained in the attached June 1975 issuance
of the Federal Executive Institute. It strikes me
that copies of this piece may well be used in the
reading material put together for some of your
courses.
2. I make only a suggestion. I would be
interested in knowing, however, if you think there
is sufficient merit to the idea that it is worth
including in a reading packet. There may well be
more and better material available.
