Am returning the attached material to you in accordance
with our conversation of 20 May. As I advised you, Jack feels
this matter should be referred to the IG's office for appro-
priate action. If you wish I can accompany you to Don's office
when you present the case to him if for no other reason but
to try to find out how Don inters le it. I would
presume that Don will wait untilt" j and his family
return here to look into the matter in as much as it seems to
be tamped down for the moment. This does, however, put
Charlie Bohrer i a bind because he has to identify
somebody for the I assignment soonest and he can't
wait until this case is resolved. Therefore, Charlie has
specifically asked that he be kept posted on each stage of the
handling so that he can take appropriate and timely action.
