As you suggested, I reviewed the reference and related
correspondence. In addition, the subject of foreign travel
was discussed with theDDTR. Considering the Agency's
current budget restraints and the direction provided by
OMB Bulletin No. 76-9, I do not believe the benefits that
would be derived from the requested travel can justify the
expense at this time. Consequently, the request is withdrawn
and the subject closed.
