SEND MATERIAL TO AYKAZYAN AT SCST,
STEP 4 AYKAiiYAN GIVES MATERIAL TO TECH FOR
TRANSMITTAL TO NEUREITER,
STEP 5 NEUREITER TRANSMITS TO US COORDINATORS.
