COLLATERAL REPORTS THAT THE NORTH VIETNAMESE NAVY HAS FOUR RUSSIAN
S.O. 1-CLASS SUBMARINE CHASERS, TWO OF WHICH WERE SUPPLIED IN 1961 AND
TWO IN 1965. TWO OF THESE SHIPS ARE REPORTED TO BE BASED AT HAI PHONG
AND TWO BASED AT HON GAI.
