AT LEAST FOURTEEN PROBABLE MOBILE GENERATORS CAN BE SEEN IN THE OPEN STORAGE AREA. TWO CRAWLER TRACTORS WHICH ARE STILL CRATED HAVE BEEN LOADED ONTO WAITING FLATCARS. EIGHT CABS FOR CRANES~SHOVELS ARE BEHIND THE WHARF NEAREST TO THE SOVIET SHl'P ~HREE OTHERS DO NOT 25X1 APPEAR ON GRAPHIC. SEVERAL STACKS OF TIRES, PROBABLE RAILS, NUMEROUS SPOOLS OF CABLE, TWO PROBABLE ROCK CRUSHERS, TWO LARGE BULLDOZERS AND STACKS OF SHEET STEEL CAN BE IDENTIFIED. OTHER MATERIEL (EITHER CRATED OR CANVAS-COVERED), SUCH AS THAT ABOARD SEVERAL OF THE BARGES, CAN NOT BE IDENTIFIED.
