Dear Say re0'44,14=--
has informed me of the valuable assistance your people,
in particular, Ken Kress, provided in helping him F?larrange one of STAT
our Seminars for .Engineering Executives. Through Mr. Kress's efforts, the
Stanford Research Institute scientists Dr. H. Puthoff and R. Targ were
"properly cleared" for an all-day presentation: "Recent Developments In
Psychoenergetic Research" on 24 September 1974.
STAT
The seminar was attended by more than one hundred senior-level
engineers and scientists. The presentations were excellent; all questions
were answered in a forthright manner. While it is likely that no one
J"changed his religion" because of the seminar, the most apparent results
were (a) heightened respect for the integrity of both the research and
the researchers, and (b) increased awareness and interest in the kind of
phenomena being studied. the Seminar Coordinator claims to have received
more laudatory comments about this seminar than he had about any previous
one.
I'd like to express my personal thanks and appreciation for the
assistance on the seminar and your cooperative efforts in general.
