1. Col. Floyd E. Dunn, Special Assistant to
visited me to request that ten officers with him be given a tour of
CIA, their interest being primarily 0/NE. He stated that these officers
had recently had such a tour through G-2 and that General Porter had
requested the CIA visit. I told him that, in principal, we welcomed
such visits, but that I would have to find out whether or not it would
be practical for his group at this time. I promised to let him know

2. - told me that request for pouch-
ing to Senior Representative- of publicity releases like the
Dulles speech, Look, etc., may be taken as a precedent by FI in that
they have been considering making such unclassified articles avail-
able to the field stations.

3. On 13 October, from the DD/P Complex, told me
that he is planning to set up a central point for arranging debriefings
of returning DD/P personnel. called me today to say that
they have received no word of returnees in the past month. I told him
