1. In response to the memorandum, dated 15 December 1952 from Mr.
25X1A9a -Special Asst. to the DD/A, regarding the program for revision and
development of CIA regulations, advised him that I would serve as liaison
for the DD/I area in connection with the program. It appears that the
major workload for the DD/I area under the program will Involve co-ordination
of regulations referred for concurrence by DD/A.
2. Mr. Amory discussed the proposed DD/I ceiling policy with DD/A, who
plans to discuss it with Colonel white and perhaps others in the DD/A area.
