Memorandum for the Record on Deputies' Dinner
The following matters were discussed:
a. Improved high-level economic and financial intelligence,
particularly from friendly nations and their financial
and insurance organizations. It was felt that some
special collection procedure would have to be developed
and that a special sanitizing unit under direct control
of Messrs. Wisner and Becker would also have to be
created in order to transmit this type of intelligence.
Mr. Becker undertook to prepare a memorandum giving
suggestions as to how this might be done.

giving suggestions for an aiiended organization.
C. Internal Project Review. Mr. Wisner undertook to write
4 the conclusions of the group. This subject was,
however, discussed by DCI the next morning and, as a
consequence, the minutes of that meeting will serve as
a substitute for Mr. Wisner's memorandum.
