1. Gen. Smith handed me a collection of papers forwarded by
Sec. Pace requesting comment thereon, I have given copies to M. Dulles
and Mr. Wisner and copies of two of the three papers to with 25X1A9a
the object of having comment prepared by Friday.

requested to secure a full set of the vulnerability report and
related staff papers for Mr. Dulles and Mr. Wisner. After they have had
a chance to look over these papers we shall have a further discussion of
the question of publication.

about using cover and I outlined briefly for
them background and undertook to call him as soon as they
had completed their preliminary check.

certain proposed amendments to report of the Ad Hoc Scientific and
Technical Intelligence Committee.

CIA's representative on the Ad Hoc USCIB Committee. Mr. Sheldon is
making all the necessary papers available to him.
