The situation appeared to be in control of the Gover me t d n n an there was no indication that it was related to plans of neighboring countries. 2. After explaining the background, obtained DCI's approval to bring the question of whether or not CIA should continue the ERS staff activity (which is being dropped by State) before the PSB at its meeting this next Thursday. 3. Informed DCI that I had a number of USCIB matters to take up with him, but would defer them until after his budget meetings in mid-week. 4. Mr. 'e isner requested that be briefed on the route folder program and I made appropriate arrangements. 5.
