1. There will be a meeting of the Estimates Production Board
on Vednesday, 11 January 19 0, at 1430 hours in Room 2519, 1*
2. The Board will consider the report of the Committee appointed
at the last meeting to study the methods of coordination of the B
Production Plan, a copy of which report is attached.
3o The Board will also be asked to consider the appointment and
terms of reference of an ad h.,.~ corrtmitteo on an 01T,, production plan.
The tentative terms of reference are as follows:
The Committee will study and make recommendations to
the EFB on aM Oft plan for the production of intelli-
gence needed to support the policy-making bodies of the
Government. This plan should be broad in scope and
should take into consideration the production capabili-
ties of all the US intelligence agencies. Such a plan
will be coordinated with the IAC agencies in fulfillment
of the CIA directive for coordination of intelligence
planning.
